1. Hosted an open day to raise awareness with key staff, delivering presentations on the reasons for adoption and benefits of key functionality in the new system.
2. Created and delivered a training course to all available staff, running through user case scenarios, demonstrating how existing tasks could be better managed by the new system
3. Created follow-up reference training on various media including web help file, quick fix cards and key functionality demonstration videos, posted on the company intranet.
