To manage the roll out and migration to new IT system (comprising MS Office, Internet Explorer, Data sharing and collaboration tools – all accessed through a consistent front-end portal).

1. Conduct pre-migration audit and training needs analysis in geographically dispersed offices
2. Create pre-migration presentations and materials to ensure buy-in and commitment to the project by staff at all levels. Present to staff in the above offices.
3. Organise and deliver training to staff at all levels across all offices.
4. Carry out follow-up, one-to-one desk visits to staff to ensure training was applied to their specific work requirements.

The new IT system was accepted and adopted successfully throughout all the locations. As a result of the consistent system and training, staff world-wide benefited from dramatically improved communication and IT skills. Data was shared and transferred smoothly which contributed to time and cost savings across the organisation.
