The organisation was in disarray with its document management. Multiple copies and versions of documents were kept on a range of drives and machines. Finding documents was difficult and often errors occurred which had an adverse effect on the business and meant legalities were not being covered. in addition, when members of the team were unavailable, access to some documentation was also unavailable. This led to employee frustration and decreased productivity.
Solution:
Appetite's consultant helped create a virtual area where the client could manage, share and control their documents in a safe secure environment. They are able to share diaries. They have also trained the team to maximise the environment created for them to its full potential. Appetite has also built a bespoke database which is essential to the smooth running of the business. It covers the financial management of the business as well as dealing and tracking clients' daily requirements.
