Learn more faster. One-to-One sessions are particularly effective when special attention to individual roles and requirements is needed. They can also help build your employees’ confidence since they can ask questions and experiment without the pressure to keep up with a group.  Individual coaching is usually carried out in your offices, on the trainees’ own PCs and the pace is dictated by their needs. The sessions are suitable for individual delegates or can be designed to cater for small groups of up to 3 delegates.
