• Short snappy follow-up One-to-One sessions to enable staff to clarify issues specific to their role or to re-cover more complex issues that they might have struggled to put into practice.
• Walkabouts - After the  seminar, the rest of the day can be used constructively by our trainers being available to  your staff to answer questions and to help them tailor  key features to their individual requirements.
